Meet Sharnia Phillips, a certified master trainer and fitness enthusiast with over 6 years experience in the industry, Sharnia began her fitness journey 11 years ago, after struggling for years to lose weight and get in shape. Through hard work and dedication, Sharnia was able to reach her goals and became passionate about helping others do the same. Sharnia training philosophy is centered around the idea that fitness should be accessible and sustainable for everyone. Sharnia is a member of the National Federation of Professional Trainers as well as owner of Phillips Power Phytness and P3 Athletic Apparel.
